What You’ll Do
As a Support Engineer in the Service Operations team, you will ensure the smooth operation of QOCO’s SaaS products by providing technical support, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining integration reliability.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Monitoring alerts, investigating anomalies, and maintaining operational health across live customer environments
- Managing and resolving support tickets within defined service levels
- Supporting customers and helping them improve their maintenance and operational processes
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (developers, product teams, solution analysts) to resolve more complex issues
- Performing configuration updates, routine maintenance tasks, and integration checks
- Creating and maintaining documentation to support troubleshooting, recurring tasks, and knowledge sharing
What You Bring
We are looking for someone with a technical mindset, structured way of working, and a customer-focused approach. You will succeed in this role if you enjoy problem-solving, learning new things, and taking ownership of your tasks.
Here’s what we hope you bring:
- A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience or strong interest in working with SQL
- Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, or data flows (REST, SFTP, file-based integrations)
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Finnish is a plus but not required)
- Ability to prioritise, manage parallel tasks, and follow processes accurately
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to troubleshooting
- Interest or experience in data analysis
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive mindset with willingness to learn new tools and concepts
It would be a super big plus if you also have:
- Previous experience in technical customer support, SaaS support, or production operations
- Interest or background in aviation, aircraft maintenance, or operational processes
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, alerting systems, or log analysis
- Experience with process development or improving internal workflows
- Understanding of data validation, system configurations, or quality assurance practices
- Ability to analyse recurring issues and propose improvements
- Experience working in an international environment
