Platform Engineer
Are you excited about owning cloud infrastructure that powers global aviation operations? Do you want to be the person who shapes how a fast-growing SaaS company builds, deploys, and scales - without layers of bureaucracy slowing you down? Then we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for a Platform Engineer who brings both technical depth and a proactive mindset. Someone who takes real ownership, thinks about security and reliability from the start, and is not afraid to be one of the drivers of infrastructure decisions in a small, ambitious team.
At QOCO, we develop SaaS solutions that help global airlines and MROs turn complex data into smooth operations and reduced aircraft downtime. As our DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in how we build, secure, and scale our platform as we grow into new markets and onboard some of the biggest names in aviation.
What will you be working on:
CI/CD and Automation
Design and maintain pipelines that keep our software delivery fast and reliable
Build in quality and security checks at every stage of the pipeline
Drive automation that frees up engineering time for work that actually matters
Cloud Infrastructure and Kubernetes
Manage our Azure cloud environments across development and production
Own our Kubernetes clusters and the containerized applications running on them
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code to keep provisioning consistent and repeatable
Support the onboarding of new customers and environments end to end
Security and Identity
Make security a natural part of how we build and deploy, not an afterthought
Own how our users and customers authenticate and access the platform, including single sign-on rollouts
Maintain the access controls and policies that keep our platform secure and compliant
Observability and Reliability
Build dashboards and alerting so we always know how our systems are performing
Develop disaster recovery practices that make sure we can handle the unexpected
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues when things go wrong
What skills do you have:
Strong Azure experience: Azure Kubernetes, PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Key Vault, ACR, Service Bus, networking
Solid production Kubernetes: workloads, networking and troubleshooting under pressure
CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps, ArgoCD for CD
Active use of AI tools to improve your own workflow and automation practices
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent
Observability stack experience: Grafana or equivalent
DevSecOps mindset: you think about security at every stage, not as an afterthought
Familiarity with PostgreSQL operations: backup, restore, HA, connection pooling
Enough application architecture context to understand what you are deploying and why
Why QOCO
Real ownership - you will shape how we build and operate
Small, focused team
AI-native culture, we invest in the best AI tools available
High-impact work on products used by global aviation leaders
Fast-growing company at an exciting stage of scale
Sound like you? We would love to hear from you.
